National Presbyterian Church and School – has 4-pipe systems in each facility. In the school, two (2) air-cooled chillers provide chilled water to terminal air handling units and terminal units in order to provide space cooling and ventilation. There are modular boilers to provide hot water to air handlers and terminal units in order to provide space heating and ventilation. Baistar provides full mechanical maintenance services including the preventive maintenance, inspections and emergency services. In the entire facility, Baistar has been integral part of the installations of the building automation systems in order to save energy and remote controlling of all HVAC equipment, which can be viewed and controlled via the internet. Baistar is responsible for all proper system operations and elongation of the equipment life span and replacement of major and minor systems. Baistar’s responsiveness, ability to coordinate with the management team and details in the workmanship has earned the clients’ trust, therefore, Baistar has been serving this client since 1994.
